Bradmill Precinct Masterplan
Acoustic Logic Consultancy were engaged to provide acoustic consulting services as part of the Bradmill Precinct Development Plan. Key elements of the plan include
- New neighbourhood activity centre incorporating supermarket, retail outlets, library, medical centre and other facilities
- Approximately 1300 -1500 new dwellings
- Adaptive re-use of existing heritage buildings
- Interfaces with the Westgate Freeway, Francis Street and freight rail corridor
