100 Bishopsgate

100 Bishopsgate is a two acre (0.8ha) site within an emerging cluster of towers, a short distance from Liverpool Street station within the City of London. The development is comprised of a 40 storey tower and a seven storey podium, providing 950,000 sq ft (90,000 m2) of premium office space.

ALC (UK) have assisted the entire way through development, from the initial planning submission, through the design and construction phases, and on to acoustic commissioning for the BREEAM assessment sign-off. Our contribution also involved external building fabric, internal sound insulation, witness testing of fixed plant selections and internal and external building services noise control.
